This offer is for anyone who wants a safe, customised yoga practice. Whether you are new to yoga, living with unique challenges or simply prefer a more personal approach. Here you’ll receive sessions adapted to you, your pace, and your everyday life.
Inclusion and accessibility are at the heart of my work so I do everything I can to make sure the practice is adjusted to you. I focus on the whole: the breath, movement, and connection, not just the physical poses.

ONLINE
The online package is flexible, allowing you to move at your own pace while still receiving clear instructions and adaptations to suit your needs.
Package details: 4 guided sessions (60 minutes each) plus a PDF with exercises to support your practice.
Cost: 2,500 NOK per package. All dates and times are agreed upon in advance.
IN-PERSON
(Oslo/østfold area only)
Sessions are tailored to your abilities and needs, ensuring a comfortable and effective practice. Perfect for hands-on guidance, adjustments, and building confidence in your yoga journey.
Package details: 4 one-on-one sessions (60 minutes each) plus a PDF with exercises to practice at home.
Cost: 3,500 NOK per package. Participants cover their own travel costs for in-person sessions.
Free 30-minute consultation – we get to know each other and explore your needs.
4 personalised 1:1 yoga sessions – fully adapted, focusing on breath, movement, and how to incorporate yoga into your daily life for overall well-being.
PDF with the exercises we do – so you can practice at home between sessions.

1. What if I have no experience with yoga?
No experience is needed. You’ll receive clear, step-by-step guidance, and every posture can be adapted to what works best for you.
2. How much time should I set aside each week?
It depends on the package you choose. For in-person sessions, we typically meet once a week for a 1:1 session. For the online sessions we will meet on zoom, at arranged dates and times for 60-minutes.
3. Can the classes be adapted if I have physical limitations or special needs?
Yes! All exercises can be adjusted to suit your abilities. My approach focuses on inclusion and accessibility.
4. How are the classes conducted – digitally or in-person?
Both options are available. In-person sessions take place at a convenient location, while online sessions are accessible from home live sessions.
5. What does it cost?
In-person 1:1 course: 3,500 NOK for a package of all 4 sessions
Online package: 2,500 NOK for a package of all 4 sessions
6. Are payment plans available?
Yes, I can offer flexible payment options if needed. Do get in-touch if so.
7. Can I involve caregivers or family members in the classes?
Absolutely! Participation can be adapted so that caregivers or family members can join and support your practice.
