NESODDEN CLASSES

The Nesodden classes are in-person yoga sessions rooted in adaptation, presence, and respect for individual needs.

Classes are held in small groups to allow for:

  • personal choice and pacing

  • clear guidance and options

  • a calm and predictable environment

The focus is not on how a pose looks, but on how the practice feels and functions in your body.

What to expect

  • Adapted yoga suitable for different bodies and abilities

  • Practices that may be seated, lying down, standing, or mixed

  • Emphasis on safety, regulation, and nervous system support

  • A space for learning to incorporate calmness, rest and pauses into ones life.

You are always invited to choose what feels right for you — including choosing not to do something.
